WINNIPEG – The $7 million Lotto 649 jackpot was won last night by a ticket holder in Quebec.

The $1 million guaranteed prize went to a ticket holder in Ontario, however two $10,000 prizes went to ticket holders in Winnipeg.

The jackpot for the next Lotto 649 draw on Saturday, July 13 is an estimated $5 million.
