WINNIPEG – Police have arrested in suspect in the city’s latest murder, the 21st of the year. 34 year old Charles Wilfred Thompson is accused of second degree murder. 44 year old Adam Douglas Monkman was found dead after being assaulted Monday night in the 400 block of Maryland.
