WINNIPEG – Police are investigating a shooting near Arlington and Notre Dame early this morning. A man in his 40’s is in critical condition. Officers found him bleeding from gunshot wounds in the middle of the road. Two men were arrested in the area and remain in custody. No charges have been laid yet.
